(The Hill) - A Spirit Airlines staff member placed an unaccompanied minor on an incorrect flight this week, the airline confirmed in a Sunday statement.The child departed Thursday from Philadelphia and was supposed to arrive in Fort Myers, Fla. Instead, the child landed in Orlando, about a three-hour drive away.According to local news television station WINK, the child was a 6-year-old boy, Casper, traveling to meet his grandmother, Maria Ramos. It was Casper’s first time flying, Ramos told the news station.“They told me, ‘No, he’s not on this flight. He missed his flight.’ I said, ‘No, he could not miss his flight because I have the check-in tag,'” Ramos told the local news station. “I ran inside the plane to the flight attendant, and I asked her, ‘Where’s my grandson? Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) said someone reported a fake crime at her home Monday, the latest in a series of apparent swatting incidents that have targeted her.“I was just swatted. (AP) - Kamar de los Reyes, a television, movie and voice actor best known for playing a gang member-turned-cop in the soap “One Life to Live” and a villain in the video game “Call of Duty: Black Ops II," has died in Los Angeles at 56, the family announced.De los Reyes died Sunday following a brief battle with cancer, according to a statement from Lisa Goldberg, a publicist for de los Reyes’ wife, Sherri Saum.In “One Life to Live,” de los Reyes starred as Antonio Vega, a former gang member who became a lawyer and then a cop, alongside Saum. AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Central Texas is going to have sunny days and clear nights heading into this holiday weekend. Most temperatures today will peak in the upper 50s to low 60s with winds coming out of the south 5 to 10 mph.The next cold front comes across the area tomorrow. After peaking again in the upper 50s to low 60s Wednesday, highs Thursday and Friday will only make the mid to upper 50s.Mornings will be cold, especially Friday and Saturday when area thermometers drop to the low to mid 30s.The weekend ahead, the final of 2023, will find warmer temperatures both days. ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Gas prices in the Albany area have fallen 3.5 cents over the past week, according to GasBuddy. The average price of gas in the Capital Region is now $3.30 per gallon. WOOD RIVER Ill., - An apparent domestic violence situation ends with two men shot in Wood River, Illinois.Our Nissan Rogue Runner reporter, Nic Lopez, captured footage of the scene. According to the police, after a man assaulted a woman, she went to her parents' house and they called 911. Human remains found in Missouri pond likely belong to man missing since 2013 Before meeting with the police, the woman's dad went looking for the man who allegedly assaulted his daughter. When the police got there, they found both the father and the man shot on North 6th Street between East Acton and Lorena.The severity of the victim's injuries is still unknown.
